What is erectile dysfunction? Erectile dysfunction is a state of lack of sexual stamina in man.
It is when a man have recurring problems in achieving erection or sustaining it for sexual activities with his wife .
IMPORTANT FACTS TO KNOW ABOUT ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION (ED)
#The problem of erectile dysfunction is a two-way challenge that affects both the husband and the wife.How?
Whenever the husband becomes sexually inactive, the wife too will face sexual deprivation.
So,don’t be too shy to carry your wife along & both you should fight it together to bring the husband back to active sex life
#ED can lead to stroke,heart attack and untimely death.
#Most times,Ed affects men from age 40 and above
#ED increases from 5% to 15% as age increases from 40 to 70 years in men.
#Diseases such as diabetes,kidney disease,multiple sclerosis can lead to erectile dysfunction.

HOW TO PREVENT ED
1.Lifestyle changes is key.It is very important to change your lifestyles as you grow older.
2.No to smoking: This is not just about cigarettes, hemp,cocaine and marijuana .It also includes regular inhaling of smokes from smokers around you,smokes from power plants,Bush burning,firewood cooking and generators. Move your generator far from your room.
3.Consciously prevent high blood pressure. Forgive,take life easy and check your BP regularly.
4.Prevent diabetes:Stop drinking all carbonated soft drinks and alcohol in cans,bottle or carton packs.Avoid taking hard drugs, sugar,sweets,biscuits and other sugary foods
5.Fight against high cholesterol -by avoiding frying foods
6.Avoid overweight:Engage in weight loss activities. Obesity is a sign of health challenges.
7.Regular exercise:Avoid sedentary life.Sitting too long for an hour or more is very wrong.Get up and stretch yourself.
Keep fit,because a man with 42-inch waistline is twice more likely to have ED than a man with 32 -inch waisteline.
8,Monitor your blood pressure, sugar level and cholesterol
9.Rest and sleep well.This improves sexual performance
10.More sex:Regular sex help to improve sexual performance.Couples should have sex at least twice a week because a man that have sex once a week is twice likely to have ED compared to a man who have sex once a week.

3,There are natural solutions such as,supplement, ginseng ,onions and garlic.
4.Exercise regularly, slim down,eat healthy foods,avoid smoking, avoid drug/substance abuse,avoid sugary foods.
5.Avoid red meat,eat more of local chicken,fish and eggs.
6.Get more magnesium by eating spinach,almond nut,cashew nuts and peanuts.Avocado fruits and whole grain vegetables.
7,Avoid using plastic plates to eat or store hot foods.
